Last Friday the Edgerton Alumni Foundation presented two grants to teachers at the Edgerton High School.
Stacy Hartin received $825.00 for 5 new chairs to create a ‘relaxed and supportive environment’ in the classroom. These chairs will help the students overcome academic challenges by boosting their self-confidence, reducing anxiety and increasing engagement.
Kurt Muchow received $803.50 for a 3D printer for the engineering students. This will provide hands-on learning opportunities in STEM, engineering and design. It will also allow students to work on real-world applications in technology.
